On the other hand, you have your DV documents in your hand. Since you do not have DV, you have applied Cemia. Cemia is in your hand; now you do not need OV documents. Simply prepare your visa documents.

Educational Documents

The documents of OV mostly contain your educational documents. It is not that if you have got C then you should take your degrees and transcripts to the embassy. Don’t make such a mistake. There are some separate forms of OV: Form A, Form C. And there are some requirements; if there is limitation, then you will not have to fulfill those requirements.

Let’s start with what documents you need for DV. First, discuss the DV, then go towards the visa, then what is there in the DV. You have very basic documents; they are your educational documents, which are a must. Then your matriculation mark sheet and matriculation certificate mean 10th details, 10th matriculation, 10th degree, and transcript.

Whatever you have to get done, where to get the attestation done. First, you have to get it done from the board, after the board you have to get it done from IBCC and then from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Similarly, you have your 12th mark sheet and degree; you also have to get it done from the board, then from IBCC, and then from the Embassy.

You have to get it done from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In this way, your Bachelor’s degree and Bachelor’s transcript come. First, you have to get it done from HEC, from the Higher Education Commission and then from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pakistan. When you have these three documents, all the three documents are arranged where you have to get the attestation verification done.

After that, you have to get two copies of them done. The copies are of the originals. If you have got the originals attested, then you have to get its copies done, that is, attestation. Whatever is there, it is not of copies. Many people are asking me whether the transcripts of our degrees should also be attested. If you have got the originals attested, then get copies of the originals; they also count as attested.

So, these were your educational documents. After this comes your CNIC; that is, I am telling you the documents which you will take with you to the Consulate or Embassy. However, before the visa application, whether it is Embassy or Consulate, it is available on their website. There is that updated list. An updated checklist comes, but as per an idea, if you can prepare these documents on your own, then in the same way, there is a copy of your passport and a copy of CNIC.

Here, if your passport is a passport, then its validity is a minimum of three months when you are filing the visa. After that, there should be no months of its validity, and there should be any recent photographs of yours, i.e., some of your pictures are in white background; then you should check what is the requirement of your passport or visa. You have to get your pictures made as per the requirements of your picture.

After that, you have pre-enrollment; you must have applied for pre-enrollment, then your pre-enrollment summary must have come on the university tele portal. After that, whatever is your admission letter, you have to download it and keep it with you. If there are some universities that do not give admission letters, then you simply do not read the email sent by them that your admission has been done. If you have it, then you download the PDF of it, the PDF of Gmail, keep it with you and attach it along with you.

These were very simple documents of OV. If you have a limit, then keep all these with you, i.e., passport. You still need a photograph, you need a pre-enrollment summary, and there are only Form A and Form C which are your Cemia, so you will not need these things.

Visa Documents

Now let’s talk about the visa documents. Look, in the visa documents, the very important thing is your financial documents. In the financial documents, your bank statement comes, and then your proof comes from where your money came, and the details of your sponsors come.

Let’s start with the first thing: documents you will need. You will need a visa application form. If you don’t know what it is, then go to my previous videos and watch it. I have explained in detail how you feel. After that, your two passport-size pictures, white background and minimum six months old, this is its requirement. After that, your passport, a copy of the passport is required, and your passport is required. So, I have told you that it should be valid for three months, and there should be two blank pages in the passport.

Man, where have you wandered so much that our pages must have been filled? After that, you have given your Cemia Statement of Comparative, and then you have to attach the pre-enrollment letter which you would have received on the university tele portal. After that, the very thick documents are your financial documents; I will discuss this at the end of all the documents. Then comes your proof of accommodation in Italy, meaning you have to show the proof of accommodation in Italy that you have booked a hotel there for one month so that you can go there.

You will not live on the road; your house is there to stay, and then after that, you get insurance, and then after that, you get confirmed flight booking. Look, here I will add one thing to you: insurance, ticket, and accommodation, if you want to get these three things made, if you have it, then you can get it done with my reference or from me. Now, let’s talk about the financial document. What all you need in the financial document? You should look at what is there in the financial documents. First of all, count the bank statement which is yours; then the bank statement which is there will be of your sponsors, whether it is 25 lakhs, 30 lakhs, whatever it is, there should be a fresh bank statement. You can get it by tomorrow. If you are going to file a visa, then take out your bank statement today and keep it so that you can submit the application tomorrow. The minimum is one week; yes, one week, it should be one week old; it should not be older than that.

Because then your file is registered or BLSA or whatever, it means keep the documents as fresh as possible; they should not be stale. The bank statement should be of a minimum of three months and a maximum of six months. When I came, I myself had submitted the bank statement of five months, so it is not a big deal. If yours is of three months, then you can submit it; you can submit it of four; you can even submit it of six months.

After that, evidence of our financial resources, economic guarantees, etc. So see, whatever your sponsor is, if your sponsor has a business, then the business should be registered in FBR. Whoever is your sponsor should be registered in FBR. Many people question whether our sponsor is registered. If not, then if we were to register it with FBR today, how would the tax returns of the last two years be generated? It is not a big deal.

Tax returns of your sponsors would be generated. A lot of taxes are called; they are called tax advisors or those who file the taxes. They are sitting in Pakistan; contact anyone, many people will give it to you; there is no problem. You will also get two years of tax retention; you can finalize it even 20 days before the visa. You can make it a filer, but I would suggest getting it done as soon as possible by today’s date so that you cannot delay the process further.

If your sponsor is a filer, you will easily get the tax returns for the last two years, and if you have a sponsor’s business, then all the details of your business will be available. You will attach it in that, and apart from that, if there is any job of the sponsor, if it is a government job, then you will attach it. Lately, if your sponsor does not have a job, he has retired, then if he is retired, then you can give whatever details of his you feel are necessary.

If your father is a farmer, then you can attach whatever you think is important. If there is a salary, then the salary is if it is a business, then the details of the business. After that, the affidavit by the sponsor for the final support letters, if your father sponsors you, then an affidavit will be made, this is my son, I am supporting him. Then all these details will come in it, and then at the end, there is the signature of your spouse. This is called stamp paper; it is made on our stamp paper, it is of Rs 50 or 100; maybe I had got the Rs 100 paper made.

After that, there are tax returns; I have already told you about it. If you need FRC for scholarship, like Relationship Proof with the sponsor, then attach the same FRC in it. One more thing, I will tell you, see when you go to MOFA. If not, then to get the FRC attached, you go to MOFA, see that if your FRC is made, then get two copies of the FRC, one copy when you go to attach the scholarship document and get one copy for the FRC visa.
